Shipping Policies

• If you choose Regular Ground Shipping, your package may take up to 7 days to arrive.
• If you choose Rush Delivery (Next Day or 2-Day Air) your package may take 2-4 days to arrive.
• Any order placed after 3pm CST may not be processed until the NEXT business day (For example, if you place an order on Friday at 4:15pm, it may not be processed until Monday morning). Weekends & Holidays are not counted as business days.
• Your order will be processed and shipped out within 24 hours. (Rush Delivery orders are processed even quicker). However, some orders will take longer if there is a credit card authorization or security issue, or during the holidays with the high volume of orders.
