Refunds and Credits

We will gladly refund or credit you the value of your order and any taxes that you were charged. Shipping and gift wrapping charges are non-refundable.

 Health and beauty item returns are subject to discretion. 

Merchandise or Non-Gift Returns paid with Gift Card

All non-gift returns of merchandise paid with a gift card will be refunded to the original gift card used.

Returns to Stores

We will gladly accept exchanges and returns at our retail locations. Please remember to bring your credit card that was used for the purchase. Without your original credit card, you may receive an exchange or merchandise credit. Any purchases made using a Gift Card will be refunded as a merchandise credit. Wrong Address

If a customer provides us with an incorrect shipping address and the order is returned to us, we will refund the purchase price. The order can be re-shipped at a nominal shipping charge at the customer's expense. S&H cannot be refunded. There will be a 40% restocking fees charged on free shipping items. Please do not forget to include any apartment or floor number.

*Exceptions will, of course, be made to any damaged or defective items the customer receives. We want to ensure our customers’ satisfaction.
