Pre-Orders

If the item you would like to purchase is marked "Pre-Order" please read the following information:

•  If an item is marked as "Pre-Order", it means that this item is not "live" in our warehouse and we are awaiting its arrival from the manufacturer.
  

• When purchasing Pre-Order items, funds will be secured once you submit your order.

•  The month listed as the shipping month is the estimation that we have placed on the arrival based on the current information that we have. Please be aware that if we are in the month of March, and the item is marked as "Pre-Order Available March", this means that the item has still not arrived, but should be available very soon. Once the item arrives to our Warehouse, we will update the product description and ship out orders.
  

• We reserve the right to limit quantities on items at any time. If an order comes in with a large quantity of a single figure, toy or card we reserve the right to adjust or limit the item. This is in an effort to satisfy as many customers as we possibly can on a “hot” item.
  

• All release dates are subject to change by the manufacturer. The dates of arrival that are listed on our site are based on the information that we receive directly from the manufacturer of the item.
