Q: What is your return policy?
A: Please refer to our Returns page on the bottom of any of our web pages. There you will find a detailed and current description of our return policy.
Q: How much is Shipping & Handling?
A: S&H is calculated on our website before you submit your information to complete your order. Place all desired items into your Shopping Cart, enter your information, and you will be given several shipping options via UPS. You are able to select which option and review the S&H charges before your order is processed. We like to do this so that there are no “surprise” charges to our customers, like some companies tend to do. All shipping costs are based on your ZIP code and which item(s) you selected to purchase.
Q: I just placed an order, but I changed my mind. Can I cancel it?
A: You may cancel any order you place by e-mailing Customer Service at help@tvfrenzies.com, but only prior to the shipment processing of the order. Once the shipment has been processed, there will be a 15% service charge to cancel. If the order has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or edited.
Q: What method of Shipping does Television Frenzies use?
A: All online orders are processed through USPS or UPS. All orders (except pre-orders!) are shipped within 24 hours - Guaranteed.
Q: I do not use credit cards. Can I still shop on your web site and pay with Money Order or a personal check?
A: We are working to incorporate other methods of payment, but at this time we currently accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, debit cards and PayPal for payment.
Q: I placed an order but did not receive any confirmation e-mail regarding my order. What should I do?
A: All confirmation e-mails are sent out automatically. This is a standard procedure of our site. Often times, e-mails are delivered right to your Spam folder. Please make sure that you have provided us with your correct e-mail address as well. If you think that you may have provided us with an incorrect e-mail address, contact us and we will correct it in our system and send you a confirmation e-mail right away.
Q: When I place an order online, why do I need to provide my e-mail address?
A: An e-mail address is requested so that after you place your order, you receive an order confirmation with your order details and reference number. Once your order ships, you will receive a second e-mail with your tracking information. Television Frenzies does not sell or share our customer’s personal information with any 3rd parties. Ever.
Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: Our goal is to deliver your package within the expected shipping timeframes. All online orders ship out within 24 hours. Once your order ships, you will be e-mailed with tracking information to give you an accurate estimation of when your order will arrive.
Q: How do I use my $5 off Code that I retrieved from Twitter?
A: When you are checking out, once you get to Step 5: Order Confirmation, you will be able to enter in your coupon code or gift certificate number. Click “Apply” and your discount will be applied to your order total, and you may proceed with Payment.
